All the personnel at Cornerstone are amazing to work with. Honesty, integrity, and great communication which is almost unheard of in that industry. I have worked with and known Jay for 30 years and Cornerstone will be your best decision for your building or remodeling needs.

Jay built my custom home nearly 20 years ago and we still reside in it. It remains our dream house and fortunately there is little I would change to this date. I credit this to Jay's ability to truly listen to his customer to understand and draw out expectations while sharing a balanced view on pros/cons of different approaches. I heavily leaned on Jay to provide both design and material recommendations. He provided numerous practical options while guiding us towards a short list that was manageable for us to select from. The characteristic I appreciated most about Jay was the fairness he displayed when the unknown but inevitable challenges occurred during the building process. Instead of leaving me stuck with expensive alternatives, he found cost-effective solutions and when appropriate shared the cost. To this day, I continue to reach out to Jay for advice and will forever count him as a trusted advisor.

I’ve known the owners of Cornerstone for half a decade. They have refurbished an entire patio for me that nearly ripped off the house from a wind storm for a fraction of what it would have cost to rebuild. They are honest, upfront, and extremely reasonably priced and don’t try to retire on a single job like other contractors who jack up their prices. If this review allowed me too I would give them 6 stars. We will definitely be using Cornerstone again and in fact are planning a bathroom remodel with them in the near future. Ted

We hired the Frosts from Cornerstone Design and Build to help us with an update and upgrade to our condo in Scottsdale at Encore. My idea was quickly eclipsed by the astute eye of Jay Frost. Our goal was to lighten up and update the unit as we get very little light in the first floor. We efficiently agreed to an action plan for the kitchen, both baths and fireplace. The work was done efficiently and with care. The project evolved with various change orders and voila! Goals achieved and expectations exceeded. All within a modest budget. Jay and his workers were professional when remodeling my kitchen. I absolutely love my new kitchen! We had several issues come up during the remodel and Jay and his workers were able to fix the issue at more than a reasonable cost and time. I highly recommended Cornerstone and plan to use them in the future for a bathroom remodel, if I could give a 10, I would. They also took care of some flooring issues and replaced my sliding door!
